AI & Business Tools

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

AI & Business Tools ("we", "the site") is a collection of free online tools at bestbizaitools.com. This policy explains what data the site handles — in short: almost none.

Your files and what you type

All tools run entirely in your web browser. Files you open (PDFs, images) and anything you type (invoice details, customer records, calculations) are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to a server. We do not see, store or transmit your content.

Accounts and personal data

There are no accounts and no sign-up. The site does not ask for your name, email address or any personal information.

What is collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs — such as IP addresses and request times — to operate the service and prevent abuse. These logs are not linked to tool usage, because tool usage never reaches our servers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (a service by Google) to understand anonymous, aggregate usage of the site — for example which tools are popular, which pages are visited, and general device and browser information. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for this purpose. Analytics data never includes your files or anything you type into the tools — those stay on your device. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookies; analytics cookies are described in the Analytics section above. The business tools (for example, customer records, trackers and schedulers) keep the entries you type only in the open page, on your own device. They are not saved to a server or stored in your browser — closing or refreshing the page clears them, so download or print anything you need to keep.

Third-party libraries

A small number of open-source JavaScript libraries load from public CDNs to power specific tools (for example, PDF handling and OCR). These libraries run locally in your browser; we choose libraries that do not send your data anywhere.

Children

The tools are general-purpose utilities not directed at children under 13, and no personal information is knowingly collected from anyone.
